Four concerts with free admission on the terrace in via del Monte 3, promoted by the Musica Libera Association in collaboration with the “Carlo e Vera Wagner” Museum, the Jewish Community of Trieste and the Viktor Ullmann Festival.

Tuesday 13 June

Amoroso-Palumbo Duo

Gian Francesco Amoroso, piano, and Beatrice Palumbo, soprano, will perform music by Jewish authors defined as “degenerate” such as Mario Castelnuovo Tedesco, Aldo Finzi, Fernando Liuzzi and Leone Sinigaglia.

At the beginning of the evening a taste of Casher cuisine will be offered by GlamCasher.

Thursday 15 June

GOM – Young Metropolitan Orchestra

The orchestra was born in synergy between the Associazione Amici della Musica di Mestre Onlus, the Municipality of Venice and the Territorial School Office of Venice – Network of Music Schools of the Metropolitan City of Venice. He will perform music by Jewish composers linked to the Shoah.

Young pianists from the school of Pierpaolo Levi

Concert in collaboration with the Nives Caetani Buzzai Association: the students of the pianist Pierpaolo Levi, a close collaborator of the Viktor Ullmann Festival, will offer music by Jewish authors considered “degenerate”.

Thursday 22 June

Raiz & Radicanto

A concert of imaginary Mediterranean music, mestizo, which arises from the encounter between Raiz of the Almamegretta group and Giuseppe De Trizio of the Radicanto, consolidated over the last ten years with the creation of tours and recording works. Sephardic songs, psalms, Neapolitan song, Portuguese fado, North African, Middle Eastern, Asian rhythms.

Admission to the concerts which all start at 9 pm is free and without reservation.

An exception is the event on 22 June which, while still free, will only be accessible by reservation.

The events will also be held in case of bad weather, in an indoor structure.
